Airbnb Changed the Rules. Let's Talk.

The dishes are getting the headlines.  The business implications deserve the conversation.

Airbnb's latest policy changes have sparked plenty of questions about rental agreements, guest verification, house rules, and how professional operators protect their properties while delivering great hospitality.  There's a lot to unpack, and the industry deserves space to talk it through.

Join VRNation's Chairperson, Durk Johnson, our Board of Directors, all practicing property managers, and Justin Ford for a candid, one-hour discussion about what's changing, where concerns remain, and what it could mean for your business.  We'll share operator perspectives, explore practical considerations, and make room for your questions, concerns, and differing viewpoints.

Supporting this industry means showing up when the conversation gets complicated.  At VRNation, we believe transparency, open dialogue, and shared experience help us move forward together.

Bring your questions.  Bring your perspective.  Leave the checkout chores for another conversation.
